Melanie Cabral is a singer/songwriter from Mississauga, Ontario, currently completing her Bachelor of Music degree in Community Music at Wilfrid Laurier University. With over a decade of vocal training in commercial music genres such as pop, country, and musical theatre, she has honed a versatile and dynamic vocal style. Her extensive performance experience includes solo and ensemble work in various venues and events. She also has competing experience, notably winning 1st place at the NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) Vocal Showcase in November 2023.
Since 2021, Melanie has been dedicated to teaching voice, driven by her passion for helping students discover comfort and confidence in their singing. She tailors her teaching approach to each student’s unique needs, focusing on techniques that support their individual sound and artistic goals.
